Beth Williams Is Our Country Girl Next Door

“I live in rural Ohio on 38 acres out in the sticks. I love it. I love waking up every day and seeing wildlife out my door—deer and turkey and everything else. And I like that I don’t really have neighbors right up on me. I consider myself a small-town girl. Everyone knows everyone’s name and everybody’s business. My family, my dogs, my house, my garden and cooking...and no traffic all make me smile. I just feel happy when I’m at home. I’m very happy and relaxed.”

“I am a country bumpkin in that I love doing crafts, making signs and building stuff. On my property we go fishing because I have my own two-acre pond. So we go fishing. And I have a hot tub, a pool and a four-wheeler. It’s a Polaris Sportsman 850 XE. It’s massive. It’s like a tank. In the summer we go boating and water-tubing. I love that. It’s one of my favorite things. I also go power para-sailing.”

“This year my garden had 43 tomato plants! I was an idiot and planted 43 tomato plants. I was like, ‘Aw, there’s no way they’ll all live,’ but they did. So I had so many tomatoes I didn’t know what to do with them. I canned them and gave them away to friends. I canned whole tomatoes and then I made a garlic and onion tomato soup, and then when you start to cook it you add coconut milk to it and it makes it creamy. And it’s vegan, too. And we had corn and squash and peppers too!”

“The first time I ever went on a plane was for posing for Playboy. It was for when I was posing as a Cyber Girl. That was my first flight. I never thought that I would go to Japan or Taiwan as I have for Playboy. I’ve gotten to go to Panama, Chili, Dominican Republic, Canada and Korea. The trips to Asia were for Playboy license and clothing companies out there, for a product launch. They wanted the typical blonde Playmate because they don’t have them, and they really like blondes! We went out to eat sushi in Japan and the sushi chef was, like, ‘Ah, my first blonde of the year.’
